All payments are made thru 2Checkout , where Visa, MasterCard, American Express or checks will be accepted. Orders will be confirmed by email on specific product and shipping address before shipment is made. If selection is sold out or no longer available, you will be informed by e-mail and payment will be refunded immediately. SHIPPING INFORMATION Insurance for some items is added as handling charge for that item at the time the order is placed. There are no additional add-on except for shipping charges. All orders require a signature when received. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). Shipping Choices
Insurance Fees that are added on some items. $10-$99= $ 1 $100-$399= $2.00 $400-$699=$3.00 $700-$1000 = $5.00 This addition as a handling charge is added to items that are of higher price. It is also sometimes charged as a handling fee for those items with low cost to the customer but the replacement value much higher than the price we are asking. Refunds If you decide that a piece of jewelry is not as described, you can return it to us within 3 days of receipt for a refund or replacement (shipping charges are not refundable). Please inform us by e-mail to: support@craftedjewelry and we will write you back with information about where to send the product back. In the event that a return is allowed, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including certificates, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
